Redcliffe Festival of Sails

On Good Friday each year, Suttons Beach celebrates the start of the Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race with a colourful beachside bash.

Apart from watching the yachts as they pass by on their way north, you will find heaps of other things to see and do, including:

• Easter Bunny parachute drop
• art and craft stalls
• sand sculpture competition
• live music and dancing
• amusement, camel and pony rides
• face painting and kid's beach activities
• kite flying and kite surfing
• "Sounds of Easter" concert (approx 4:00pm)

Attracting over 10,000 visitors each year Redcliffe’s Festival of Sails is fast becoming a signature event for the city.
